So I don't forget....
This morning while eating breakfast I was talking to Kaleb about our mugs. His had stripes and mine had polk-a-dots on it. He said, "oh poke a dogs! Those naughty dogs! Spank a dogs, ok mommy?" I love him so much! It will be sad when he's a big teenager!

Halloween 2009
Halloween was so fun this year! I think I say that every year, but it just keep getting better and better! This time I had a Lion and a Lamb, and they were so cute! We started our festivities on Thursday with a friends Halloween party, with our play group. They had so much fun! The party was complete with mummy dogs, apple mouths (with teeth), ghost cupcakes (that's a whole other story), and cute little halloween games for the kids to play. Thanks for being so much fun to hang out with girls! I think I may have had more fun than the kids.... maybe!
Saddie, Asher, Kenna, Avonlea, Nix, Kaleb, Maylee, and Maddie
Lunch time!
Later that night Blake and the Kids went to another Halloween party at mine and Blake's grandma's retirement center (yes they live in the same one! Convenient!) I couldn't go because I had to work. Thus no pictures of that one! But then we had our ward chili cook off Friday night, which MY chili got third place, for the most "original" chili! I had to mention that because I never win anything, so I am feeling very accomplished right now! The ward party was fun, that one we have no pictures of either! Blake and I decided that day we were going to dress up, so we dressed up as "people from the 70's". Blake was a definite success! It is scary how well he can pull off white trash/ nasty 70's/ bloody zoo keeper! Every year people say they had to really make sure he wasn't real! Then the pictures after that are of Saturday. We had a party at my parents' house. My mom grew pumpkins this year, so all the grandkids got to carve a pumpin, then we had a yummy soup buffet, in bread bowls (so good). The of course trick or treating. We finished off the night, like always, at the Huff's house to put the kids down after three days of go, go , go and watched "The Burbs". It was a fun weekend. Needless to say, on Monday the kids took a 3 hour nap instead of the usual 1 1/2 hours at the most! It was great!
I know this is already a long post, but here are the two years before for halloween so I can proove my whole Blake point!
